5. Since we have hundreds of thousands of items to manage, and everyday there are dozens of orders to collect, it is unavoidable that some items will be out of stock. In this case our usual solutions are as below:
1) If the lacking items are just one or two pieces, and the amount is really small, we will deliver your items as well. Because we think quick delivery is more important for you, comparing the small lacking part. Then we will return the exceeding amount to your account, so that you can use it with your next order. If there are some items you are interested very much, please make note in the order about them.
2) If there are a lot of lacking items (depending on your order amount), we will stop the delivery temporarily, and inform you via emails or phone calls about the lacking items. Then you decide whether let us send out the parcel without lacking items, or choose some other items instead.
6. Discrepancy of the selected items with color and style
We are always trying to provide you with items strictly according to your order list. And 100% accuracy is our pursuit. But sometimes it still happens that your selected color or style of one item is out of stock. Then we will
1) Search for the selected color or style in the market on priority.
2) Replace it with other color or style of the same item if there are other colors or styles of it in stock.
3) If clients have special requests in the color and style, then we will do according to their requests.
Return & Compensation Policy
1. As an experienced online order company, we promise you that we will provide proper packages to all items and parcels according to the shipping methods request. Yet it still happens occasionally that some of the items are damaged during the delivery. Please make clear, detailed photos of the broken items as kind of valid proof.
