Q: How to choose size?

A: We are a professional fur factory located in China famous fur town. All of our products are made of genuine fur.
Q: There is no suitable size for me, could you do the customized size ?
A: Yes, we customize the fur coat one by one. Your coat is based on your size.
Notice:if there is no quality problem, we can not accept return product.
Q: How long can I receive it?
A: We need 3-5 days to prepare your coat. Normally, it takes 5-15 days by EMS.
If you want to receive it quickly, you can pay extra shipping fees to send by DHL,TNT or UPS.

Q: Do I need to pay the custom tax?
A: We will declare it as a sample or gift and mark a low value to avoid the tax. But sometimes in some countries, the customs officer may be strict. we don’t accountable any customs fee, Please check it out the customs policy at your own place, such as Italy and Holland.If you have to pay the customs fees, it is your duty to your own country.
